On January 2, 2024, Crane completed theacquisition of Vian Enterprises, Inc. , a global designer and manufacturer ofmulti-stage lubrication pumps and lubrication system components technology, for$102.5 million on a cash-free and debt-free basis subject to potentialadditional payments of up to $7.5 million depending on the resolution ofoutstanding contingencies.
